Job Description
Application Support Analyst (Software Developer)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides support to applications implemented at client sites. Fix program issues, debug program code, program development and implement customization features.
- Keep the applications up and running whenever incident raised by clients within SLAs defined.
- Respond to emergency callout, provide first level diagnosis of problems and escalate as and when necessary.
- Monitor incident tickets raised in Cardzone support portal and work closely on open tickets until the issues are resolved.
- Has to support multiple clients at a time.
- Has to work on non- business hours.
- Role requires: Rotation 24/7 production support.
- Work independently, take responsibilities on incidents support.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Java – J2SE, J2EE
- Experience in JavaScript and JavaScript libraries.
- Knowledge in HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge in database server such as Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc.
- Knowledge in web application server such as Websphere, Oc4j, Jboss, Tomcat, etc.
- Knowledge in Unix Shell Command would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in card management or payment system, mobile application development, ISO8583, NDC+ would be an advantage.
- Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Production Support Experience.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur and work onsite (either local or overseas if required). For travel overseas per-diem allowance will be provided.
- Must be team player.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Good To Have:
- Design and build iOS and Andriod mobile application.
- Good Knowledge of Andriod & iOS SDK’s.
- A portfolio of iOS/Andriod apps in the PlayStore/App Store is a plus.
- Hands on experience with Andriod studio & gradle build system.
- Location and Map API’s.
Project Consultant/Manager (Dev & Implementation)
Overview and Purpose of Role:
- Be part of the Delivery Team.
- Able to lead and mentor the project team member.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures the objective, scope, constraints and deliverables for the project are clearly defined to.
- To ensure Success Criteria are met.
- Develop / Enhance Cardzone CMS Product based on new customer Requirements.
- Learn and apply Domain Knowledge (Payments Card, POS, ATM, Financial Switching) into code deliverables.
- Be an integral Team Member of Project Teams deployed to Customer Sites for specific stints (Dev, Deploy, SIT, UAT, Go-Live).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Java – J2SE, J2EE
- Experience in JavaScript and JavaScript libraries.
